PURPOSE OF THE REGULATION 21 EVALUATION

Every person who works with a Company owned firearm must attend a refresher course at least once a year at an accredited training provider, based on the Unit Standards for Handle and Use a (relevant firearm) for business purposes.

TRAINING ASSUMED TO BE IN PLACE

Individuals must be in possession of a certificate for Handle and Use a handgun/ shotgun/ self loading rifle/ manual loading rifle for business purposes. Regulation  21 evaluation is not a replacement for or substitute for the full qualification.
